blind carbon copy

After installing new updates I no longer have access to the blind carbon copy
feature which I've used many times. When I click on cc to try to get access
to the bcc, it just says unable to choose recipients' for some strange reason.

Open a New Mail window, on its View Menu choose show all headers.
