blaster worm

I have a problem my other computer has the blaster worm and it cut's off
when windows comes up I don't have time to do anything and to restore you
have to be on as the admetustrater and it will not change. I did try the
patch and removal tool with no luck any ideas ?

Do you have a Norton's Antivirus CD? If so, put that in your bootable
CD-Rom, and re-boot your system to run a DOS virus scan on your system.
Otherwise, you're going to have to put your original restore disc in the
cd-rom and reboot that way. Completely wipe the system & start all over
fresh. The blaster is an bastard to get rid of. Try the Nortons first
though. Good luck.
