blaster.c please help

i have patched for blaster and done the fixes but it
still keeps coming this is now the 5 time i have recieved
it my norton antivirus 2003 reports it has removed it and
when i get it and then rpc thing happens again. and i
apply the ms pacth and fix again and its ok again but
half hour or later on i get it again norton antivirus
will report deleting a new virus and i do the same over
and my files on my pc are gradually getting a few more
lost each time when scandisk runs and delete what it
thinks are lost fragments making my ork more worse off
each time so i loose more and more work and also my
favourites folder and lots of parts of office have been
damaged and it hapens over and over ever half hour to a
couple of hours but i definatly have activated my
firewall and applied the right fixes and patch from
microsoft and symantec and i also do a system scan of my
whole pc with upto date virus definitions in between the
infestations or whatever you would call them. please help
