blast 32 worms..affect any other systems beside win 2k/xp?

does the blast 32 worms affects other windows system
beside windows 2k/xp? like windows nt/95/98? because i
dont think there is a patch for 98. if it
doesn't...micro$ux would have alot of explaining to do!
 
hi chris, you seem to know what you are talking about. any
remedies for an already possessed XP computer? I can't
get on the internet for more than 1 minute, but need to
fix it. the MS patch takes almost 10 mins. to download; I
imagine the Symantec patch does also. I NEED my
computer!!! Do you have any ideas?

Hi:
I believe that once you start downloading the patch,
the worm will not be able to run.
That is what happen when I did it.

No because 98 is totally different from NT based OSs. They do not run
'Services' such as RPC like NT/2K/XP does, it runs them from win.ini,
Registry Run or Startup folder.
