Blanks Screen when I Right Click

If I right click on a video file to launch that menu, my screen goes
completely blank for about 1 second before comes back on. It's as if it has
to load something into memory. I have 2GB of RAM. It only happens on
Videos.

I ran the vbs script but it did not solve the issue. It was written in
2002. Maybe it's not updated for Windows XP Pro? Anyway, it did not work.
