Blank web pages

When I try to access web pages,all I get is a blank screen,refresh gets the
same .
The green activation bar flashes full,"done"appears in task bar but just a
white screen appears,
What is stopping the page from coming up,I have accessed these pages before.
Any help would be grateful,thanks.
 
Sounds like you are no longer connected to the Internet. Start, run, type cmd
hit enter. Type ipconfig /renew. See what you get.
 
Thanks,sorry but I did not explain properly,it is only certain internet
sites that come up with the white blank screen,I can still access some sites
perfectly ok,sorry about the misunderstanding.
