Blank Space in add-remove programs

Anyone know how to fix this...large blank spaces ,blacked out area in
add remove programs Ive tried easy cleaner and x-setup pro and it
didnt help i also tried tweak iu but i cant seem to use that to help
either..any help with this please...

Hey thanks alot, but it didnt work, had two utilities to try and both
failed, i still have a big black, (not white) space in add remove
programs....any other advice>??

Look at the Add/Remove list alphabetically and try to figure out what
program is missing from the list. If you figure out what program is
missing:

- Run regedit and look through the listed programs in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
for the filename that's missing from the list, and delete its entry there.

or

- Uninstall the program, then reinstall, if you can from its Startup
folder.

all programs are listed as far as i can tell..??
