Blank space appears in report section.

In the "Detail" section a large blank space
appears above the reported text even though
the report is adjusted hard up against the
details in the "Page Header" section.

There are no Report Headers & Footers.

And there are no hidden controls in the blank
section.

Try color you section backgrounds with unique colors so you can determine
which section is causing the large blank space.

Thanks, the colouring trick showed that the
problem was in the "Page Header" section,
and by trial and error I isolated the problem
to a large text box used for instruction
details. When I changed its property "can
shrink" back to "no", the problem
disappeared and now there are no blank
spaces.
