blank screen

hi when i oppen my pc i have 3 user acounts when i go to my main acount the
owner acout all i see is a black screen with nothing on it no start opption
no desktop the only way i can get programs running is by using windows task
manager this only happes with one acount the other 2 work fine
can anyone help me?
