Blank screen when changing user session

I have set up a user session for myself, my wife and my children.
Each can log in and work normally.
We can change to another user session once without a problem.
But if we change a second time the screen goes blank and the only solution
is (so far) to re-boot.

Can anyone help?
 
Right click on the desktop>Properties>Settings>Advanced Options>Monitor and decrease the frequency.
 
Thanks José, I changed it from 72 to 70 Hz and so far so good.
