Blank page when coming from a search

Why is it that every time I do a search on sites other than search engines
my browser returns a "The page cannot be displayed. Cannot find server"
page? Sites like Amazon, eBay, newsgroups etc.
Always after searching for something, getting and clicking results and
wanting to go back I can't go back.
This started happening after I installed the SP2.
But at the same time I have another computer with SP2 where this does not
happen.

Have you checked for malware? If not, at the least run the free programs
Ad-aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. Update these programs after
installing them and then scan with them.
