Blank Monthly Calendar View ?

Is there anyway to print a blank calendar from Outlook
2002 in the conventional monthly format - Sunday on the
left with all days eqaul size.
Somehow, I was able to get my regular calendar to display
and print in this format, but when I try to create a
blank calendar - it goes back to stacking Sat/Sun on the
far right.

Change the view settings in View | Current View | Customize Current View |
Other Settings.
