I have a client with a computer that brings up blank
Internet Explorer windows when they are opened by a web
site. For example; on the MSNBC site the options button
opens a new window for changes to be made and
implemented, but the windows always opens blank and stays
that way. There are no pop-up blockers or restrictions
in place on the machine and security is defaulted to
medium inside Internet Explorer. I have installed all
the lastest updates to no avail.
What could be causing this?
Thanks,
William Reuter
