Blank home page & Commander toolbar

Every time I open Explorer I get a blank home page and
the Commander toolbar. I change it back to another home
page and I turn off the commander but next time I run
Explorer, the blank page is back as well as the commander
toolbar. Any ideas?
 
i'm having similar difficulties with IE. My home page
keeps changing itself when i restart, and my toolbars
dont behave properly. Ie the ones i dont want keep coming
back, and the ones i do want dont. Help would be
appreciated!
 
spybot safer-networking.org update and scan
or ad-aware lavasoftusa.com update and scan
and in ie tools,options,advanced,uncheck both 'enable
install on demand',apply
