Blank form

I have an existing table that I would like to use to make a "blank form" to
print out and take to the field to gather data for additional records. Is it
possible to do this in Access (2000) or do I have to construct something in
Word?? If this isn't possible in Access 2000 is it available in Access 2003??

Thanks for your help.
 
Form ideally is not designed for printing. I suggest you to design a report
based on form (you can use the same layout).
