Blank Excel Template

Hi,

One of our users, when he opens any Excel file, sees only a blank gray
screen. There are no cells.

He can create a new file and save.

Can you tell me what my be corrupted, or where to look?

I'd start by looking under all the XLStart folders for *.xls files that don't
belong.
