Blank email body

When I send an email from my corporate or personal (swbell) email address,
the emails appear in the inbox of the webmail system but the bodies are
blank. Both computers I use go through SWBell DSL. Others sending to the
corporate account don't have this problem. Any ideas?

It is solved!!I removed the theme on my emails and the next transmission went
through with everything intact.

I'm having a similar problem.. but I'm not clear as to whether you mean the
message stationary or the Office theme?

I'm using Outlook 2003 and I did the following;
In Outlook go to Tools>Options>Mail format>Stationery and Fonts>select <none>

If you have AVG Antivirus, there is an easy solution for this issue. Simply
open AVG, click e-mail scanner, then click properties near the bottom. Click
configure. Deselect both certification checkboxes. This doesn't stop e-mail
scanning, it just removes the message that AVG appends to the bottom of each
message it scans. It appears that this message is causing the Outlook 2007
renderer to not be able to display the message.

You hit the nail right on the head there. I had been having the same
problem. Once I unchecked those options in AVG I'm not sending blank emails
anymore. I'm also not getting blank Emails anymore

Yea, it should work for at least a day -- mine started senting banks again
today and I do not have this AVG program installed on my computer. I've gone
back to outlook express.

Have you been able to find possible answers or solutions? My company has
been experiencing a problem where some users reply to a Rich Text message and
the message gets completely stripped out, converted to HTML, and is sent
blank and no one seems to know why or how this happens. Microsoft wants to
blame it on a classification software add-in, however, I'm not convinced
since the problem hasn't impacted everyone we can't reproduce the problem at
will with the add-in...

I have not found one as of yet. I do really like the program and it sends
stuff that I type just fine.
I do not have AVG installed on my computer.
Endica, my mailing program, inserts wordage and the tracking numbers for
customers orders -- that's the part that gets stripped, the WHOLE body of the
message is stripped out.

Endica wouldn't check it out cause they don't test BETA software. So I'm
using look express as my default email and doing everything else in 2007

It has been suggested that a particular add-in we have which classifies email
could be the culprit, however, we have not uninstalled it since our
experience has been that out of 500 users, the problem happens sporadically
every now and again and is not reproducible. I read that others have the
same problem and I doubt they have the same add-in which leads me to believe
it is not the add-in. Also, it has only surfaced since we have gone to
Office 2003 SP2 and not prior...the add-in has be in our environment for
longer than the version of Office and the problem didn't rear it's ugly head
with Office 2000...

A work around is not use Word as the default editor on the problem client! I
am experiencing the same issue and am in the process of resolving it. It
seem's that it is only on the one pc as other pc's are fine and can send mail
using word as the editor to the same email address that the problem client
cannot. Maybe reinstall office may solve this problem as it seems to be
isolated to one client and cannot be reproduced on other clients. hope this
can help.

This workaround doesn't address the problem as Outlook 2007 doesn't give
one a choice of editor. A slimmed-down version of Word is used as the
default editor of Outlook 2007 with no alternative.

This didn't work for me. I'm using Outlook 2003 with AVG. I turned of the
email scanning in AVG and quit using Word as my email reader and editor. I'm
still getting blank emails. Outlook Express still works, though. I can't
figure this out.
