Some of my users are complaining that e-mails sent or
received are blank, I have tried the SP3 patch, changing
text formats. Even some random command line. regsvr32 -
inetcomm.dll.

The cause of this blank e-mail fettish is unknown and
doing my head in. We have restarted the SBS a number of
occasions and all seems to be going fine until I hear
those lovely words, "My e-mails are blank AGAIN" Ahhhh!

Can someone, ANYONE help with this, The problem as far as
I can see is common and microsoft seem to know nothing
about it. Please write to my e-mail address or post here
if you know anything of the problem.

Many Thanks

Jamie

We are running Windows XP Pro SP1, Outlook 2002 SP3, and
Small Business Server 2003.

HELP

When it happens, does it happen to all emails or just certain ones, like
html formatted messages?

Hi, I wonder if this is the same problem as we have. If so it has been
reported by us and others to Microsoft a long time ago, I have not heard any
solution.

Please search for this thread :
"Outlook 2002 multipart/mixed mime problems?"

For me this happens alot with received mail, we allways now send in plain
text only. But for some reason when a reply is made only the original text
is included. We now have a copy of our mailbox on webserver, so If we
receive a blank mail we use web-mail to read . Progress..

Regards,
Jorgen

Hey,

Thanks for getting back to me. It happens very randomly
and to random users aswell. Not the same person or the
same e-mails. When we send emails they are in PLAIN TEXT,
and even they sometimes are blank?

Any ideas
Thanks Jamie, If you wish you can write me at
(e-mail address removed)
