a blank blue screen. if i end task explorer.exe and
restart explorer, the icons will appear, but on the next
boot, still no desktop. i tried to find any MS articles
about this, but couldnt, if you know what i should do or
any articles, please post them

Figure out what program allowed to run at startup is causing Explorer to
crash. Remove it from your startup. You could use Start> Run> MSCONFIG as a
tool to find the offending startup item.

I should have mentioned the fact that i ran msconfig and
disabled all. same issue, yet it boots in safe mode just
fine, so something is causing it.

i cant believe there are no ms articles about this, i
just cant find them

Try creating a new user account. Log on with it to see if the same thing
happens with that account. If no trouble, start moving your things over to
this new account. When the transition is completed, delete the old account.

Another suggestion: Using the old account, go back to MSCONFIG. Click the
Services tab. Check the box to hide the Microsoft services. Work with the
remaining list to see if it's a third party service causing the trouble.
