"This "blackhole proxy" for Windows is used with no-ads.pac to filter
banner ads. It eliminates the need to configure a real proxy server or a
UNIX shell to return blank text and/or graphics to your browser.

setup.exe installs the program files and the instructions. After you run
setup.exe, the program is under Start->Programs->Blackhole Proxy.

This version includes a graphical application lets you configure Blackhole
Proxy without having to remember the command line parameters. Just select
and enter your options, and the application does the rest.

You can also manually configure the Blackhole Proxy from the command line.
There are examples in Sheryl's tutorial (under "The BlackHoleProxy
Utility").
