I just bought a new Blackberry Curve 8310. I installed the desktop software
that came with it. I can't sync my phone because the computer can't find the
RIM Driver for the device. Help. Where can I get the drive and how should I
set this up?

You are supposed to go to your service provider web-site to download the
drivers and software updates. However, in my case my service provider didn't
have the software and drivers for Vista so I went directly to RIM. Here is
the website to RIM if you provider doesn't have the software:

It loaded smoothly for me and I haven't had a problem since. good Luck

I use this phone with both Vista x86 and x64 with no problems. In the All
Programs menu under BlackBerry do you see BlackBerry Device Manager?

Did you purchase the phone from your wireless carrier? Did you check with
their support? Some good resources are here.
