Blackberry address book data conversion to Pocket PC

I have used a Blackberry for the last couple of years but I have now
bought a pocket pc. I would like the telephone numbers \ addresses
transferred from the Blackberry address book and on to the pocket pc.
Is there a way of converting this data?

Assuming you have outlook, this is an outlook discussion, right, you could
synch the blackberry with outlook, then synch the pocket pc with outlook too.
