You need to repair the boot loader.

For Windows 2000: Install Windows 2000 after XP is installed. If you can't access the NTLDR and NTDETECT.COM files from the XP installation, you may have to copy them from the XP Install CD.
 
After repair of W2000, my XP on the same disk got a Black screen and doesnt
start, what can be done?
 
Thanks but my W2000 doesnt start, it keeps restarting.
One way I can think of is to make a new partition with Part. Magic rescue
disks, then install a new OS for repair.
