Black Screen of Death

Hi Folks,

Is there a fix for Vista Home basic from blacking out? Working with my
toshiba laptop the screen suddenly shuts down and I cannot refresh it! I
have to press the on/off button to restart it then start up on safe mode
then restart again. This seems to be a persistent problem with Vista.

Can Anyone help??? Thanks!!

Either you power setting are wrong or gasp, you've got an inverter going
bad! :-(
