black area around screen

whats wrong that i have black area around screen
now...when i change the resolution size, everything is
very tiny and can hardly see it...please help

Check the Display driver,download the latest one.

Also check your monitor settings (hardware) - horizontal, vertical etc
Check your manual for details.

there may be something wrong with your adapter driver according to my
experience,you can reinstall it
