Bitmap

For some reason anytime I try to download a picture file from th
internet it only downloads as a bitmap and will no longer give me th
option to change it to a jpg. Even files that are jpg extentions o
the web will only be downloaded as bitmaps. Also, when I try to acces
"help" from the start button any pictures that come with the help ar
not shown. They simply appear as the white box with a red "x" in th
middle. Since both of these things started occuring almost in unison
I can't help but wonder if they're related.

In IE, go to the Tools menu, choose "Internet Options" then under the
"Temporary Internet Files" section, click the "Delete Files" button.
