Bitlocker i blocking my computer

Hey.
I've just tried to use bitlocker on my computer, but unfortunatly the
computer has now been blocked in some way. I'm not very good at computers
generally, so i haven't got any idea of what happend.
When i turn my computer on now it only shows the brand of the computer but
then it doesn't go any further.
Can anyone help?
 
Contact the support department of the computer manufacturer.
This may be TPM related not specifically BitLocker related.
