bit torrent file

trying to open a torrent file - but a windows message pops up saying windows
cannot find the file - but its there i just clicked on it to open - anyone
know whats going wrong?

Have u downloaded Torrent ? Go to google and download Put Torrent & u will
get the link for downloading torrents. Its a very small fostware but really
gud one. After that what ever torrent file u want to download. Download it
first and then double click it and wait for sometime. U will see that it is
uploading.. so wit for 100 upload and enjoy after that

i have downloaded the torrent file - its in 'my documents' - but when i try
to open it, windows tells me it cant find it
