Birthday Reminders

Hi there

I'm starting to enter all my contacts in Outlook 2003, I like the
Birthday details that can be added. But I have found it a pain to go
all the way back to the birthday date within the birthday calendar
popup, i.e. if someone's born in 1925, use the right left arrow of the
popup to go alllllll the way back to that year/month. Is there a
quicker way?

Also, can I get Outlook to remind me, say 2 days before the event
rather than just on the day?

You can hand enter the date in the contact form as opposed to using the date
navigator. It's a lot faster.

Once the event is created go to the Calendar folder, open the event and
change the reminder interval. I've set some important birthdays to have two
week reminders (like my Mom's)
