bios upgrade necessary?

I have a P4P800...bios is 8010....do I need to go up to 8014? thanks....

4. Revise extended memory size.

6. Revise dual/single channel in the post screen when set
Standard/Turbo in the performance mode.

7. Modify the setting of VIA VT6410 and change boot ROM to rev. 2.11

flash....yeah.....
