bios problem

hello,
I seem to have screwed up with my lap top i went into dos mode and
activated my bios power ,but now i cant turn it on . how can i restore it to
my normal functions.

Your question has obviously nothing to do with Windows -
I recommend you repost in a hardware group. When doing
so you should say what exactly you mean by "activated my
BIOS power".
