My bIOS is password protected and the vender who set it
up is no longer in business. Is there a way that I can
get into the BIOS? Thanks

You should be able to reset the password on the BIOS using a jumper on the
mother board

have a search on google to see if you can find a manual for it and
instructions how to do it

NOTE: Resetting the computer BIOS will also clear out the current
configuration. Pat will have to re-do the BIOS configurations for the other
features of the PC.

Or worst case, you can reset the BIOS, and its password, by
removing the motherboard battery. It usually takes about 15
minutes with it out, but it can be as much as an hour or two.
