binding error

I am perplexed . I thought it is easy to fix the binding error on
cvtDtFrom. I only used the cvtDtFrom a couple of places but I found out
the error occurred before form loading.


I tried searching in the solution for cvtDtFrom but failed to find the
culprit.
tried using clue from stack trace, searching for DataGridview and
variations of view.datacon... no luck, Even tried searching all files for
the sub main, I failed to find it.

I ended up spending a few hours searching , stepping thru code by arbitrayly
comment out the debug step thru directives.

I must be away from .net too long.

sorry forgot to say this is an vb 2008 project using sql express 2005 and
..net 3.5

the dataset I used is populated with only 5 tables and views from an
attached mdf file. went thru preview them all without problem.
there are only tow items related to cvtDtFrom. one is the regex table hidden
textbox for cvtDtFrom as one of the regex table column, one is a combobox
box display a list from the foreign key view viewCvtDtFrom. the combobox is
display to allow user to select the proper cvtDtFrom for the regex
