Billing in Excel - HELP

Right now we have a billing system using Excel 2002 and we have to
manually put in each work order number. Is there a way around this so
it will automatically go to the next number so It keeps track OF
INVOICES.

Probably a stab in the dark but we are a charity organization and
can't really afford the high end software.
