Big scrollbar size

I'm developing a program for touch screen monitor, so I'd
like to know how to increase the scroll bar size such as
the width of the scroll bar, the width and height of the
arrow key for all scrollable controls such as listbox,
combobox ..etc. The arrow size of a combobox etc.. Are
these information stored in some place (registry key??).

Any help?

Change your display settings. Control
Panel->Display->Appearance->Advanced->Item: Scrollbar and change the size.
The scroll bar size affects the width of the combo dropdown button as well.
