BIG problem with NOT saving an updated file and needing that UPDATED file again.

Hi

I opened an document in Excel, but there were other Excel
documents running already. The one I opened was for
viewing ONLY. When I closed the document, and it asked me
to save (I thought it was referring to THAT file I opened
for viewing only), I said no! This meant that ALL the
other documents closed, and the work done in it, GONE! Can
I retrieve THAT information so that it can be saved in the
respective documents????

Sorry unless you have Autosave running, when you closed Excel instead of the
file you lost all the unsaved information in the other files
