BHO Documentation

Hi,

I was reading the BHO article on
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnwebgen/html/bho.asp,
and it makes reference to the source code, but there is no link and searching
MSDN for the topic or for the author, Dino Esposito, doesn't turn anything
up. Where's the code?

After browsing that article, I think all the code mentioned is written
inside the gray boxes within the article itself.

I think you'd be hard pressed to get that code to run. It's clearly not a
full application. Moreoever, he mentions "For information on what isn't
covered here you can refer to the source code available on the MSDN Online
Web site."

I've actually found the author's blog and sent him an email directly, which
I think has a greater chance of finding this piece of code from 6 years ago.
