Norton anti virus has found bho.dll and cannot delete
it. I have gone to Norton to find out what to do and I
am stumped. It says to back up the registry and I follow
the directions as Start>All programs>Accessories>System
tools>Backup. There is nothing that says backup. Is
there any program that will remove this piece of crap off
of my computer automaticly including getting it out of my
registry? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To backup your registry do the following please:
1. Click Start-Run
2. Type in the word regedit-ok. This will take you into
the registry.
3. Select My Computer-Registry-Export Registry. In the pop
up window give it a filename eg, backupreg and click save.
It will then proceed to backup/export the registry.
The reason for this is to get rid of that file you will be
modifying the registry. If you need to go back to the
original simply double click the file you have saved.
Cheers.

Bho can be removed with a spyware remover, good ones to try
are Ad Aware 6 or Spybot Search and destroy, I use both :)
