BEWARE of Monarch Computer Systems

Monarch Computer Systems Inc. from Georgia sent me a motherboard, which was an open box item, not to mention it was defective. I got an RMA, sent the board back on my expense, they replaced it - but charged my credit card AGAIN for the same item so now I have to go through the process of disputing the charge. Hope you have better luck with them than I did.

Did they cross-ship the replacement mbrd? If so it would be normal for any
vendor to charge again for the replacement and credit your account on
receiving the RMA'd item.
