I need a query to provide results of people based on a date range entered on
a form. The trick is the date they enter on a form needs to get the people
using their STARTDATE field. Meaning, if the user enters on the form
1/1/2008 to 4/1/2008, people with a STARTDATE between 1/1/2008 and 4/1/2008
should only show up.

HELP!

Does the form have two fields for entering the dates or is "1/1/2008 to
4/1/2008" entered in one field?

What is the name of the date field(s) on the form and the form itself?

Also what is the name of the table?
