Better way to do searching?

I am seeking other people opinion in presenting the data in a more
efficient way.

The way I arrange need a lot of time to update the values.
I think this is because under the title column, each cells is refering
to a different sheet,so the sheets in open and close for many times
from the first cell to the last cell

Please refer to the file attached. I cannot show in here because there
are formulas in the cell and would better refer to the file.
By not changing the layout. Can anyone have a different way to do the
searching?

Any suggestions?

I don't think most readers of your message go through exceltip.com. And that
means they don't get to see your attachment.

And many (most?) people won't open attachments anyway. Too many threats of
malicious code.

You may want to post back with a text explanation of your question.
