Beta Version shows down Printer

Beta version when used in conjunction with Windows XP and
Word Perfect 11 slows down the 4in1 Dell computer
considerably. I can print quickly from WordPad , from
other software like Quicken, but can watch the evening
news while the printer slowly spools and eventually
prints five, ten, fifteen minutes later. I deactivate
the Beta version and do my printing off line then
reactivate it when I want to go on line and have some
protection
 
I've seen a post stating that this issue is fixed by a Service Pack for
WordPerfect.

I can't tell you where to go to find that--but I think that is the solution.
