Beta 2 Technical Refresh

Hi, I have just loaded the Tecnical Refresh for MS Office Beta 2, however
when I try to open any spreadsheets (predominantly MS Office 2003 versions)
they get blocked by anti virus software - presumably linked to the Technical
refresh. These spreadsheets were accessable prior to the refresh.

Also trying to open Word documents and not recoginising the file where the
documents are stored

How can I rectify

This is a known bug in B2TR. Many threads in
microsoft.public.office.misc about this. B2TR simply won't open files
from B2 in the new file formats, *.???{x|m|b}.

If you save a word document out of the bt2r word, word won't even read that
file. I defeated my virus software for that test, and it still failed that
test. So, there is obviously some kind of file handling bug in the bt2r
version.
