www.xxclone.com will do the trick. I have used it a couple of times and
it is great at enlarging the boot partition.

There are a number of cloning apps that will do this, including Acronis
TrueImage but there's another possible problem the OP will face.

If he or she has programs on the non-C drives that are referenced in the
registry, the act of cloning the C drive to a larger partition and copying
all the other files over will break those references. They will have to
be reinstalled to properly reflect the new install locations.
