I "manage" a familly of 5 people, and want to track school activities /
holidays / appointments on one PC - should I use a different calendar
file/folder for each person, or a different category, or a different Outlook
PST file for each ? Is there an agreed best practice ?
Thanks

I use Outlook 2003's color coding in the calendar to organize my family's activities.

Categories work well for differentiating the items per user. However, it
would be MOST helpful if you posted your version of Outlook since the later
versions have more granular control and options.
