Best Way to download XIRR

What is the best way to add XIRR? Dowload from Microsoft? I don't have the
disks w/me.
 
Tools/ Add-ins/ put a tick against "Analysis Toolpak". If Excel has been
installed with default options, this should hopefully be available.
