Best Practice to Update Secure Systems

I am now responsible for serveral Confidential and Top Secret PCs that run XP or 2000 Pro. Since they are not allowed to access the internet at any time what is the best way to keep my updates current on these units. Microsoft comes out with several updates a week and downloading them individually has me really annoyed. Can I get disks sent to me on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis? Are there documented proceedures for loading these updates to a location of my choosing to be burned to a disk?....I really need a solution if anybody has got one.
Thanks in advance

You should be able to download all the relevant updates from here that
should help some:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp?corporate=true
Microsoft recently started releasing update on a monthly basis, except in
certain circumstances and that should help you out too.

There is also been rumor on the net about an update cd coming from
Microsoft, I am not sure what the intended distribution mechanism is.

Additionally, if the machines are not allowed contact with the Internet the
updates are probably less important except for performance issues.
