Best Order For My PC Maintenance

Around the first of each month, I go through my little pile of icons. There
must
be a proper order of running maintenance programs. How would you organize
these:
HP Total Care Recycle Bin
Ad-Aware SE Personal Norton Internet Security
Registry Mechanic
Disk Clean-Up Phishing Filter Disk Defragmenter
and on occation ScanDisk
P.S. That's a H.P. w/XP
and with what frequence?
