I've tried MonkeyMedia and TagScanner.

Anything better? Especially, something with a standard UI.

If you mean MediaMonkey rather than MonkeyMedia then almost anything is

This is great, thanks. Tag Tools does everything TagScanner does (which I
liked), but without the funky interface.

Apart from it being comprehensive - it's (optional) integration with

Outstanding! Extremely flexible and functional. Moving the toolbars around
is kind of funky, but nothing that can't be dealth with.

I agree except for the fact that Mp3Tag doesn't work with Unicode.
