Best Free Antivirus & Firewall

Hi
Can anyone give me advise on the best FREE Antivirus and Firewall software
available on the internet?
I have tried Zonealarm and currently use Norton Antivirus 2002.

Just to clear something up:

This is merely an old (actually, a VERY) old version of Kerio Personal
Firewall, from before the point when Tiny Software and the Kerio
programmers split. Since 2.0, a number of changes have been made. The
current (and final) version stands at 2.1.5.

I don't remember what all the changes were about, but some of them were
vulnerabilities.

There is no (repeat, NO) continuity between Tiny 2.0, and the current (pay)
Tiny 3. The continuity goes with Kerio. If you install and run KPF 2.1.5,
you are running exactly the same firewall, with the same interface, but one
that has had a number of improvements.
